Delivery

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
You may get separate tracking numbers for items as they may be sent from different facilities.
At this stage I am not offering international shipping but if you are interested let me know and I will endeavour to work out pricing.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at ryuumegamidesigns@gmail.com with your order number within 1 week of expected delivery.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Orders

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
At times there may be one off pieces made in person at home and it will be noted in the title and description.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us an email at ryuumegamidesigns@gmail.com.

Our payments are processed thru Stripe this allows you to pay using your card, apple pay, google pay and after pay. This allows you to pick the best option for you and allows for secure processing.
Returns/Refunds

As we are a small business we offer limited returns for wrong sizes.
In the case of a wrong size being ordered we will offer return of 1 of each style (e.g. 1 x skater, 1 x jersey, 1 x basketball jersey, etc.) for replacement with appropriate size.
Shipping of returns without faults is at the customers expense and must be submitted within 1 week of receiving the item. Replacement items will not be shipped until the item is received.
